Application for Vendor Exhibit Space at "IT'S A GAS" Car, Truck, Motorcycle and Tractor Show

Must be approved before accepted!

What do you plan to exhibit at our show?

Electricity - You will need to supply your own source of power, if need.  We will be unable to supply it.

What type vehicle will you need to have space to park (space is limited)?

You will need to supply all of the tables, chairs, etc. for you setup.

Space Available: (First Come - Limited Space)                                                                                                  10'X10' Space = $25.00 donation (All tables, chairs, etc. must be supplies by vendor) Setup can beginning at 7:30am on 8/20/05.  10' X 20' Space = $45.00 [10' X 10' for tent on pavement and then area immediately behind it for vendor to park small vehicle.]   Vendor application must be approved before accepted as a vendor.

Setup: MUST be complete by 8:30am (unless approval is given for later arrival time).  Closing time for vendors: 3pm .  Must send in application for approval.  (Space is limited so contact us soon.)  If you have any questions or need any information contact us at (336) 787-5582 (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm), if no answer leave a msg. or contact Bonnie Parker through email at bonnie.s.parker@williams.com.

Liability: Vendors by execution of this application, release and discharge the State of N.C., County of Davidson, Williams, their officiers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and anyone else connected with the presentation of "It's A Gas" Car Show from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by vendor and to his/her property.
